Listening to the Streets is a ManUpPHL initiative. We serve men of color between 18 and 35 who are statistically most likely to be impacted by gun violence. In eight sessions, we explore causes and solutions. Participants receive:

• A $15hr stipend and a daily complimentary meal.
• Sessions on life skills, finances and job readiness.
• A group session with a licensed therapist.
• A mentor to provide ongoing guidance.
• A team to provide ongoing support.
• A job opportunity for all qualified participants.
